1. Orders above AED 100 will be eligible for free delivery. For orders below AED100, an AED20 delivery fee will be applicable.
2. Customers can select in-store pick up, and pick up their item from any of our shops the next day.
3. We do not currently ship overseas, however, you can purchase goods from Pet Care and arrange for your logistics solutions.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Orders can be cancelled within 24-48 hours or at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case refunds are applicable.
2. Online purchases will be refunded via the customer’s credit card. It may take up to 21 days for your refund to appear in your account. Store credit will be issued for items paid for with cash or credit card on delivery.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you have any questions about nutrition, your delivery, or our services, you can email us at email@example.com. We are available 7:30am-10pm Monday-Saturday, and 10am-10pm on Sunday.
4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We deliver same or next day in Dubai Monday – Saturday from 10am-6pm.
We deliver Monday – Saturday between 12pm-5pm in Abu Dhabi. We deliver to Al Ain on Monday between 12pm-5pm.
We deliver to Ajman on Wednesday between 12pm-5pm.
We deliver to Ras Al Khaimah on Wednesday between 12-5pm.
We deliver to Umm Al Quwain on Wednesday between 12pm-5pm.
We deliver to Fujairah on Thursday between 12pm-5pm.
We deliver to Sharjah on Wednesday between 12pm-5pm.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
1. We offer the following forms of payment:
1. Online Payment – Debit/Credit Card (We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards)
2. Cash On Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY)
3. Card on Delivery (We accept VISA and MasterCard)
2. All payments should be made in AED (Dirhams). In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Pet Care holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of a customer order.
6. OFFERS & PROMOTION
1. We always have offers and promotions live in the Offers section of our Pet Care website. We also regularly run discount codes.
2. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid in equestrian items.
7. RETURN POLICY
1. If you wish to return an item please contact us on +971 509548695 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. We will refund or exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment. Products must be presented to us before we can move forward with the return policy.
3. We don’t accept returns of items that are altered from the time of their original purchase, used, or bought on sale. And also we are not accepting ID Tags that are already engraved.
4. Pet Care will not initiate refunds on the returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
5. All refunds will be given with credit to be spent at Pet Care.
6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
8. CREDIT NOTE
Credit notes created by Pet Care Online and Shops are valid for a total of 60 days from the date of issue.
9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR SAMPLES:
1. Only available to customers with an online account.
2. Two samples per order.
3. Cannot order the same sample more than once.
4. Only available when spending over AED 200.
